Average amount of inserts to use per nappy:
Day-time: use 1-2
Night-time: use 2-3
One Babycheeks™ insert is the equivalent of (approximately) 3 hours wetting time!
Please note: each child’s absorbency requirements can differ. Ensure you use enough inserts for your child.
WARNING: never allow inserts to rest directly against child’s skin.

How to care for Babycheeks™ Inserts
Recommended Washing Instructions
Immediately after use, separate inserts from nappy and
rinse well. To prolong absorbency levels use minimal
detergent. Inserts can be washed in same load as
nappy.
- Hot / Cold wash and rinse well (up to 60° celsius)
- Air dry (can be tumble dried)
DO NOT use bleach, fabric softeners or pure soap flakes
(eg: Lux Flakes).
A non-bleach whitener may be used if required
(eg: Napisan).
If the occasional unwanted odour occurs, we recommend putting a small amount of detol in your wash.
